In this module, we provide synteny block Search for Oriental pear('Dangshansuli' V1.0) and Occidental pear (Bartlett V2.0). "Synteny Blocks" can be used to search for Synteny blocks of target chromosomes in another genome and provide a detailed list of genes. "Synteny Image" can draw three types of Synteny images (synteny plot, dot plot and bar plot) online between any chromosome in two genomes.
